Born from a $400M Lesson
In 2021, our founder Mohammad Alabra was leading a $1.2B infrastructure project in Riyadh. Everything looked fine on paper — green dashboards, weekly reports, satisfied stakeholders. But underneath, a perfect storm was brewing: a vendor delay no one flagged, three engineers carrying 80% of the critical path, and a budget burn rate that wouldn't be noticed for another 6 weeks.
The project overran by $400M and 14 months. Not because the team was bad — but because every tool they had was reactive. They could tell you what happened last week. None could tell you what would happen next week.
That's when Mohammad assembled a team — Rana for product & data, and Haya for operations. Together they asked: "Can AI predict project failure the way it predicts weather?"
Their answer was Bayan.
"Bayan" (بيان) means clarity — the moment confusion becomes understanding. We built this platform so no project leader ever has to discover a crisis from a spreadsheet again. Bayan reads the signals humans miss, connects patterns across thousands of data points, and tells you what's coming — so you can act before it arrives.
